More Than a Call Center - A Solutions Center

Total Transit’s state-of-the-art customer solutions center (CSC), with its 60 highly trained agents, handles on average over 9,000 calls per day in our facility in Glendale Arizona with several remote agents stationed throughout the Phoenix Metro area.

We employ virtual agents in order for us to scale to our client’s demands and to help out our environment.  Each virtual employee allows us to off-set about 280 lbs of carbon each month. 

We have made a significant investment in a redundant, co-located data center infrastructure in central Phoenix to support all of our technology components. This ensures the highest levels of system up-time and data security available in the industry.
