Michael Pinckard – President

After nearly two decades in the armored transportation industry, Mike joined the company in 2002 and has served as President since 2006.  Mike has a strong values based leadership background and extensive experience with operational and strategic planning, continuous improvement principles and organizational design planning.  Mike provides leadership and direction to the company’s senior management team and is responsible for focusing resources and initiatives on the achievement of long range strategic objectives.

With over thirty years of management, strategic business development, corporate oversight and operations expertise, Bill manages strategic planning, safety, profitability, budget administration and day-to-day operations of our three operation divisions.

Lawrence Eisel - Chief Financial Officer

Larry serves as the chief financial executive of Total Transit.  He provides the organization with strong leadership and a broad range of accounting and financial management experience.  He also provides great depth and perspective to our strategic planning process and instills effective discipline and accountability in our financial management activities.

Jeff has progressive sales and strategic planning experience ranging from Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T to start-up enterprises.  As the senior business development executive for Total Transit, Jeff provides leadership and direction to the company's business development team in executing the company's business development strategy.

   
   

Gine Flury - Director of Human Resources

Gine is a senior human resources executive with extensive leadership and hands-on experience in creating and delivering innovative solutions for human capital issues for both privately and public held companies and public employers.  She has broad expertise in the areas of employee relations, recruitment/employment, EEO/diversity, performance management, training and organizational development, employee communications, compensation and benefits, with a special knowledge of employment law.

Ronald Barnes - National Business Development Manager - Public Transportation

Ron, the former chair of the American Public Transportation Association, is a detail oriented, service-focused transportation executive.  With strong organizational, analytical, relationship management and transitional management skills, he has the ability to manage difficult situations and employ practical, cost-effective solutions.  His experience of cumulative responsibility, innovation, resourceful systems implementation, service excellence and prudent financial management is used to great effect in Total Transit's management activities.  He currently serves on the APTA's Mobility Management Steering Committee, working with FTA to implement this concept within the industry.

   
 

James Rea - National Business Development Manager -Transportation Management

Jim brings 27 years of experience in the health care industry and has an extensive background in client services and managed care. His experience in working with  Medicaid/Medicare Advantage health plans and NEMT services provides him with the skills to understand health care needs and provide solutions.  He has extensive experience leading implementation teams for new health plan accounts.
