Executive Team

Craig Hughes – CEO

Since founding Total Transit, Inc. in 1984, Craig has directed the company with an aggressive approach and unique insight into developing innovative transportation management solutions. Craig's dynamic leadership has elevated the company to become a leader in the transportation industry.

Michael Pinckard – President

Mike joined Total Transit in 2002 after nearly 20 years in the armored transportation industry. As President, Mike provides leadership to the company's management team by focusing management resources on achieving the strategic initiatives of the company.

LaMonte Jackson – Director of Risk Management

LaMonte has been in the transportation industry since 1983 and has served as the Director of Risk Management for Total Transit since 1991. He is responsible for driver and passenger safety and ensures that all transportation activities are conducted in compliance with all state and local laws, ordinances and insurance requirements.

Jim Stenger – Director of Administration & Transit Operations

Jim came out of retirement in 2003 to assist Total Transit with its business transformation. Jim has over 35 years of experience in operational and support services management as well as organizational and systems development. He was formerly in an executive leadership role in the emergency and non-emergency transportation service industry. Jim is responsible for the company's administrative services and transit operations.

Jeff de Laveaga – Director of Business Development

Jeff joined the Total Transit team in 2007 and brings with him 14 years of progressive sales and strategic planning experience ranging from Fortune 500 companies like AT&T to start-up enterprises. Jeff provides leadership and direction to the company's business development efforts and insight and support to our executive management team in executing the company's business development strategy.

William Blair – Director of Operations

William has a B.S. and M.B.A. in Business Administration. Possessing over thirty years of leadership experience, twenty-two of which were completed in the United States Marine Corps, William oversees our three area profit centers and contact center. Working in the transportation industry the last ten years, William brings a wealth of experience to our company. Married for over thirty-one years, William and his wife have two children and have resided in Tempe for over fourteen years.

Larry Eisel – Chief Financial Officer

Larry is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is the newest member of the Total Transit team. In his role as CFO, Larry serves as the chief financial executive of the company. Larry provides the organization with strong leadership and a broad range of accounting and financial management experience. He also provides great depth and perspective to our strategic planning process and instills effective discipline and accountability in our financial management activities.
